Burden of Tradition

It's hard to tell where this tradition originated and what it originally meant in Sunerr's culture, but it's common to see young men and women cover themselves with veil as sign of their wish to not be approached or talked to.
And while veil doesn't mean you can't speak to them, heaviness of this unspoken rule stops a lot of Sunerr's people from ever sparking a conversation even with someone who took their breath away.
