This is Arcan Anzas or Anzas Arcan (depending on who's asking) or, for short - Arcanzas. He likes to swear, smoke and troll his companion gal Cherry. According to people who've met him in person, he is 'weirdly friendly'. Chaotic good.
No one saw Arcanzas without armour, but it's a whole another story...

I named my main DA account after him - Arcan-Anzas, and he (presumably) named himself after state Arkansas.
